1. ORGANISER AND PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

S.A. DAMM, with business address at Carrer del Rosselló 515 and Tax ID number (CIF) A08000820, is holding a promotion called “THE ESTRELLA DAMM 150th ANNIVERSARY PARTY” (hereinafter the “PROMOTION”), for the purpose of incentivising the consumption and awareness of products marketed under the brand name “ESTRELLA DAMM”, owned and registered by S.A. DAMM.

 

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION AND ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS

The PROMOTION is intended for end consumers who collect 25 neck labels from ESTRELLA DAMM brand beer bottles (20 cl and 33 cl) sold in bars and restaurants in Catalonia and Andorra.

Only individuals over the age of 18 who are residents of Catalonia or Andorra may participate in the PROMOTION. If an individual obtains two discounts and purchases two tickets, the person accompanying them must also be over 18 years old.

S.A. DAMM may ask the prize winners to provide reliable proof of their personal details, showing valid current photo ID (DNI or NIE).

Any employees of S.A. DAMM and/or distributors and/or bars and restaurants, and their relatives, are expressly excluded from this PROMOTION, as is any other person directly or indirectly related to creating and carrying out the PROMOTION.

Entries that do not meet these requirements will be rejected automatically, even if they are chosen as winners.

 

3. TERM OF THE PROMOTION

The PROMOTION will begin on 23 February 2026 and end on 12 April 2026, inclusive.

 

4. PROMOTION MECHANICS

Each ticket to the “150th Anniversary Party” will cost €50 (including handling fees). Each ticket includes 1 drink.

Each of these codes is found on the neck label of ESTRELLA DAMM brand beer bottles (20 cl and 33 cl) sold from 11 February 2026 in Catalonia and Andorra.

Direct phase:

There will be 10,000 discounts made available to users. The first 10,000 end consumers who submit the 25 codes will get a €25 discount on the purchase of a ticket to attend “The Estrella Damm 150th Anniversary Party”.

By collecting 25 neck labels from 20 cl and 33 cl returnable bottles from the hospitality sector, participants will get €25 off their purchase of a ticket to the Estrella Damm 150th Anniversary Party.

The promotion mechanics require that users, after submitting the 25 codes on the website www.estrelladamm.com/lafesta150, copy the discount code, choose the option “Get your ticket” and paste the code into the promo field on the ticketing page to apply the discount. The user will not be assigned a ticket until he/she pastes the code in the corresponding box on the ticketing page and completes the process.

Draw phase:

After the 10,000 direct discounts have been claimed, 7,000 additional discounts will be given out in a draw.

By collecting 25 neck labels from 20 cl and 33 cl returnable bottles from the hospitality sector, participants will get €25 off their purchase of a ticket to the Estrella Damm 150th Anniversary Party.

From end consumer 10,001 (including end consumer 10,001), all individuals who submit 25 codes on the website www.estrelladamm.com/lafesta150 within the promotional period established in point 3 of these rules, will be entered into the draw to win 7,000 discounts on tickets to the “Estrella Damm 150th Anniversary Party”. This draw will take place on 14 April 2026. The results of the draw will be announced on 17/04/2026. In the draw phase, users can submit as many codes as they want. However, each user may only get a combined total of 2 discounts in the two phases, meaning a maximum of 2 discounts will be allowed per participant.

Only one discount may be used per ticket, with a maximum of 2 tickets per user. This means the maximum discount allowable per ticket is €25 and the maximum number of tickets each person is allowed to purchase on the ticketing page is 2 tickets.

The deadline to use the discounts is 30/04/2026 inclusive; from 01/05/2026 they will not be valid, therefore they will be expired.

Sale:

At the same time as the direct phase, 3,000 tickets will be made available for consumers to purchase directly. Meaning consumers may purchase the ticket for €50 without collecting neck labels.

During the process of submitting codes on the promotion website www.estrelladamm.com/lafesta150, end consumers will be asked to provide the following data, for purposes related to this promotion only:

Email address (contact)

Name and surname

Province and postcode

Date of birth

ID Number

 

5. PRIZE

Among all the participants in the promotion, there will be a total of 17,000 individual discounts available for “The Estrella Damm 150th Anniversary Party”, which will be held on 16 May 2026 in the city of Barcelona (Catalonia). Of the 17,000 discounts, the first 10,000 will be awarded directly. The remaining 7,000 discounts will be awarded in a draw among the participants who are not among the first 10,000 participants and who properly submit 25 codes within the promotional period.

Each participant may only obtain a total of 2 discounts, whether in the direct phase, a combination of the direct phase and the draw, or solely in the draw. Therefore, participants may only obtain a maximum of two discounts and anyone who obtains two discounts in the direct phase will not be entered into the draw.

If, after the promotion is finished, there are prizes left to be awarded, S.A. DAMM may declare them null and void and use them as it wishes.

 

6. DRAW EXECUTION

Before Barcelona Notary José-Alberto Marín Sánchez, Carrer de la Diputació, 268, entl., who will execute the draw to award the 7,000 discounts to participants from end consumer 10,001 (including end consumer 10,001).

The draw will be held on 14/04/2026 and the results will be announced on 17/04/2026.

If a winner cannot be reached, the prize will be null and void and S.A. DAMM may use it as it wishes.

 

7. LIABILITIES

S.A. DAMM will not be liable for any incidents or occurrences caused by a problem with computer software, if applicable, or any case of force majeure (for example, a user unable to register, interrupted or dropped calls, etc.), nor for any incidents arising from cases of force majeure stemming from causes such as issues with the telephone, computer or power networks, caused by natural external agents (atmospheric, meteorological or deficient operations of companies providing these services).

Nor will S.A. DAMM be liable for any user who is unable to register due to errors in collecting his/her personal data, for example as a result of writing that is intangible, incomplete, erroneous or false.

 

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Through the promotion mechanics described, in compliance with applicable regulations, S.A. DAMM hereby notifies promotion participants that their data will be processed by S.A. DAMM for the purpose of managing the promotion and assigning prizes to the corresponding winners.

By filling in the promotion form, the participant is granting express consent to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of managing, dealing with and offering the services requested, as per the information provided when registering for the promotion, as regards the purpose, legal basis and recipients of said data.

The fields marked with an asterisk on the form are strictly necessary to participate in the promotion.

Participants in this promotion may exercise their rights to access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, data portability and limitation of or objection to processing by writing to the following post address: S.A. 9. LIMITATIONS AND RESERVATIONS

S.A. DAMM reserves the right to cancel or suspend this PROMOTION, or to change any of its conditions, if for technical or any other reasons beyond its control, the PROMOTION cannot be carried out normally, in accordance with the provisions of these rules.

Furthermore, S.A. DAMM may void the participation of any user if it detects irregularities in the identifying data provided.

Likewise, S.A. DAMM reserves the right to duly disqualify any user who cheats, alters or renders useless the proper functioning and normal legal course of this PROMOTION.

 

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

S.A. DAMM promotions are governed by current Spanish law.

For any disputes that may arise regarding the interpretation and application of these rules, both S.A. DAMM and the participants in this PROMOTION will be subject to the competent Courts.

S.A. DAMM reserves the right to take legal action against any person who carries out any action that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the PROMOTION.

 

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

All potential participants are hereby notified that the mere fact of taking part in the PROMOTION implies full acceptance of these rules. Any manifestation otherwise by the participant will disqualify him/her from the PROMOTION and S.A. DAMM will be released from the obligation established between the parties.

The rules for this PROMOTION have been filed with Notary of the Official Association of Notaries of Catalonia, Mr Jose-Alberto Marín Sánchez, Carrer de la Diputació, 268, entl., and are freely available to participants.
